- Prepare 1 cup of maida / all-purpose flour.
- It’s 1 spoon of Corn flour.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Food colour.
- Prepare 2 cup of Curd.

- It’s 1/2 tsp of Elaichi (Cardamom) powder.

Jalebi instructions
- Sieve all the maida cornflour and baking soda..
- Now add curd colour and mix well.
- Now add water accordindly and make a batter.
- It should be in flowing consistency..
- Same as you make idli batter or vada pav batter. Let it rest for 6_7 hrs..
- Now heat oil in a kadhai. Put the mixture in a bottle which can be pressed easily..
- Once your oil it heated nicely simmer the flame and pour the mixture spirally giving shape directly in the kadhai. Deep fry..
- Remove and put them on a paper napkin to remove the extra oil.
- For syrup – Mix all the ingredients and keep for boiling till it forms a string syrup. Now dip the jalebis in syrup 2_3 at a tym turn the sides so that it gets soaked nicely both the sides..
- Leave it for 2mins and then remove..
- Repeat the process for other jalebis..
- It can be served hot or cold..
