  1. Take a pan to that add 1 tablespoon of ghee and then add Suji to it. Roast it till the Suji turns light red in colour and gives a sweet smell..

  3. When sugar Syrup is ready. Slightly pour it is a roasted Suji pan. Cook that halwa for 4 minutes more..
