- Take a pan, add ghee, and roast dry fruits(almond, cashew, pasta) for 3 seconds and remove it..

- Now take the same pan add sooji into hot ghee and roast it till it becomes golden brown then add water and ½cup sugar and mix it well and cover it with a lid then cook it for 1-1.5 min till the water soak..
- Then as water get absorb add cardamom powder again add ½ cup sugar and the roasted dry fruits and mix it well..
